BestLogic Staffing is seeking a CNC Programmer to support sheet metal fabrication, programming, process planning, and cost estimating. The role requires hands-on CNC programming experience and the ability to collaborate with production, sales, quality, and shipping teams.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated CNC programming experience in sheet metal fabrication.
• Proficiency with CAD software and CNC programming languages.
• Strong knowledge of sheet metal fabrication processes, tooling, and materials.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, optimize, and maintain CNC programs for laser cutting, punching, press brake, and other sheet metal fabrication equipment.
• Interpret drawings and customer specifications to determine manufacturing requirements.
• Select tooling, materials, and production methods to improve efficiency and minimize waste.
• Establish manufacturing routings and work with production personnel to troubleshoot issues and improve processes.
• Prepare cost estimates based on material requirements, labor, machine time, and outside services.
