Job summary

Jacquet Mid Atlantic Inc in Limerick, PA is seeking a CAD Programmer to support sales with accurate programming, nesting, inventory control and scheduling of cutting machines (Plasma, Water Jet, Laser, and Saw).

The role requires proficiency in 2D AutoCAD and Lantek software, a High School Diploma or equivalent, and at least 1 year of AutoCAD 2D experience. Ability to read blueprints and work as part of a safety‑minded team is essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma (or equivalent) is required.
• A minimum of 1 year experience in AutoCAD 2D.
• Familiarity with Lantek software.
• Ability to learn.

Responsibilities

• Be proficient in 2D AutoCAD Lantek software.
• Create flat patterns for water jet and plasma cutting and account for tolerances.
• Inventory control and accuracy are essential, including use of rems.
• Maintain accurate records and provide check drawings to operators for quality control.
• Daily communication of schedules, problems, and opportunities.
• Scrap control – minimize scrap through nesting software Lantek.
• Assist with month-end by updating inventory reports.
• Read and understand basic blueprints and drawings.
• Work safely and professionally with others as a team player.
