Job summary

ALVEST's TLD division in Morgantown, WV is seeking an Assembly Technician to join our manufacturing team. You will assemble preformed sheet metal parts using drills, wrenches and related equipment, and you will help pressure test valves and components to ensure quality.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or equivalent and at least 1 year of assembly experience, with the ability to read drawings and interpret measurements.

Qualifications

• Experience assembling preformed sheet metal parts.
• Minimum 1 year preferred.
• Ability to read drawings and interpret measurements.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assemble preformed sheet metal parts using drills, wrenches and related equipment.
• Operate equipment with safety in mind for self and others.
• Assemble and pressure test valves and similar components.
• Interpret assembly drawings and sketches accurately.
• Maintain clean and organized work area and daily time logs.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
