American Power Innovations seeks a Mechanical Assembler to build and fabricate mechanical components for PDCs and E-Houses in our Tulsa facility. You will interpret blueprints, work with sheet metal, and coordinate with electrical and welding teams to ensure safe, high‑quality assemblies.

Qualifikationen

• Must read and interpret blueprints and drawings.
• Experience with sheet metal and industrial construction preferred.
• Ability to follow precise assembly instructions and safety protocols.

Aufgaben

• Assemble and install sheet metal structures, enclosures, and components for PDCs and E-House projects.
• Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications for accurate assembly.
• Measure, cut, bend, and fasten sheet metal using hand/power tools.
• Install HVAC systems, brackets, and structural reinforcements.
• Ensure structural alignment with precision measuring tools.
• Collaborate with electrical and welding teams for system integration.
• Conduct quality inspections to meet specifications and standards.
• Maintain clean, safe work environment following OSHA rules.
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues during assembly.
• Document work and provide feedback for design improvements.
