United Services, Inc. seeks an entry-level HVAC Installer Apprentice to join our growing team in Eastern Tennessee. The role involves installing commercial heating and cooling systems with supervision, including ductwork and equipment, and traveling about 20% to KY, NC, SC, AL, and GA.

You’ll work 7am to 3:30pm in a full-time position, earn competitive pay based on experience, and benefit from health vision dental coverage, paid time off, and ongoing training to grow with the company.

Responsibilities

• Assist with installing HVAC systems including heat pumps, gas furnaces, air handlers, condensers, package units, VRF systems and ductless systems.
• Assist with starting up, testing, and commissioning of new systems.
• Assist with pressure testing, evacuating, and charging systems according to manufacturer specs.
• Ensure all installations meet IMC, NEC (as applicable), and OSHA safety standards.
• Communicate professionally with customers and team members.
• Complete required documentation and installation checklists.
• Follow company installation standards and best practices.

Position Summary
