Job summary

MCC's Rochester operation seeks motivated Finishing General Workers for 2nd and 3rd shift. You will support finishing, packaging, and quality checks while learning a skilled manufacturing trade and developing toward operator roles.

Starting pay is $20.26 per hour with 2nd and 3rd shift differentials. MCC offers comprehensive benefits, career development, and opportunities for advancement within the plant.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Manufacturing or printing experience is helpful but not required.
• Basic computer, math, and reading skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and verify finished products for quality and accuracy.
• Separate acceptable product from non-conforming product before packaging.
• Prepare cartons and packaging materials for shipment.
• Verify quantities, labels, and customer order requirements.
• Stack and organize finished goods for safe storage and shipment.
• Supply production areas with materials as needed.
• Assist operators with roll handling and production support activities.
• Remove waste materials and maintain clean, organized work areas.
• Complete production documentation and quality checks.
• Support safety, quality, and productivity goals.
• Learn manufacturing processes and develop skills for advancement into operator-level positions.

What You'll Do
