Job summary

MIRATECH is seeking a Manufacturing Support Associate to operate equipment and assist in our service center and warehouse in Houston. You will handle shears, prep materials, and transport items with a forklift, supporting order fulfillment and product creation.

Reports to: Manufacturing Supervisor

Primary Responsibility: Support MIRATECH customers with work in our service center and warehouse. Operating equipment and support product creation and order fulfillment.

Shift: Monday - Thursday, 3:00 pm to 1:00 am

What You'll Do:

• Operate manufacturing equipment, especially shears to cut materials
• Organize materials using the forklift to transport them
• Material preparation
• Other duties as assigned

What Qualifies You:

• High School Diploma.
• Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Ability to use welding equipment and related tools effectively and safely.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. individually and heavier items with a team lift.

What Sets You Apart:

• Experience in Fabrication
• Prior experience operating forklifts
• Prior experience operating manufacturing equipment, especially shears
