Job summary

AstraZeneca in Gaithersburg, MD, is hiring a Response & Technology Manager to lead SHE digital platforms, governance, and data integrity. The role focuses on implementing AI-enabled improvements, analytics, and secure reporting to support rapid safety decisions across sites.

You will partner with SHE, IT, and vendors, manage a cross-site roadmap, and drive user training and adoption while maintaining audit-ready controls. Hybrid onsite requirement applies.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with AI-enabled tools and Microsoft 365 applications.
• Strong written communication, presentation, and public-speaking skills.
• 3+ years of experience in a related field.
• Working knowledge of and tracking technology developments.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate workflows and translate business needs into practical tech and AI-enabled improvements.
• Define and execute multi-site digital platform strategy and roadmap.
• Establish governance, standards, and KPIs for content lifecycle management and searchability.
• Coordinate with IT, administrators, and vendors on platform configuration and releases.
• Maintain transparent backlog and release plan; advise leadership on priorities and risks.
• Lead the Gaithersburg SHE Help Desk and multi-site service channels with SLAs and escalation processes.
• Represent Gaithersburg as administrator for incident and data management; improve data integrity.
• Develop guidance, templates, and training to improve digital proficiency across SHE teams.
• Coordinate communications across intranet, signage, and presentations; measure engagement.
