Job summary

Marmon Holdings’ UTLX unit is seeking an experienced Safety, Health, and Environmental (SHE) Manager for its heavy industrial manufacturing sites. You will develop and manage safety programs, environmental compliance, and employee safety initiatives across multiple facilities.

Responsibilities include policy development, risk assessment, incident investigations, audits, and contractor safety orientation. Collaboration with Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, HR, and Production is essential to

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in occupational safety, industrial hygiene, or related field.
• 3+ years of EHS leadership experience in a manufacturing or heavy industrial environment, with emphasis on welding operations and/or steel fabrication.
• Strong working knowledge of OSHA and environmental regulations; experience managing regulatory inspections and compliance programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all plant safety programs and initiatives.
• Develop, implement, and maintain EHS policies, procedures, and work instructions.
• Promote a proactive safety culture focused on injury prevention and employee engagement.
• Environmental compliance across air emissions, stormwater, wastewater, hazardous waste, spill prevention, and industrial waste disposal.
• Lead investigations of injuries, near misses, and environmental incidents to identify root causes and preventive actions.
• Coordinate training and contractor safety orientation and compliance requirements.
