Job summary

Mondi Group is seeking a Safety, Health & Environment Manager for its Clinton, PA facility. You will lead EHS programs, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive continuous improvement aligned with ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standards.

You will collaborate across departments, manage audits, training, and data-driven reporting using Power BI, ESDMS, and SAP to reduce risk and support operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Occupational Safety, Industrial Hygiene, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of EHS experience in manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Advanced certifications preferred (CSP, CHMM, ISO 45001/14001 Lead Auditor, Six Sigma Green Belt).
• Strong knowledge of U.S. federal and state environmental and safety regulations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Suite; familiarity with digital SHE management systems (ESDMS, Power BI, SAP).
• Financial acumen and experience in budgeting, cost control, or project justification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Champion safety culture and engage employees in safety observations and recognition programs.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and state regulations and lead ISO 14001/45001 certification processes.
• Lead incident investigations using root cause tools and track corrective actions.
• Develop and execute annual SHE training plans covering key risk areas.
• Monitor environmental metrics and lead sustainability initiatives; liaise with agencies and authorities.
