The opportunity: Supporting management and employees on-site to ensure the Company SHE policies and procedures are effectively implemented while helping to develop a SHE culture of continual improvement. You will work closely with a number of departments in the business, including Manufacturing, Facility Management, Security & Explosive Safety. You will have the opportunity to gain practical and professional experience in a challenging sector. You will be part of a supportive and high performing team that exposes team members to all aspects of Safety, Health and Environment activities in the pursuit of professional development and team cohesion. The role may involve travel to other MBDA UK locations.
Employees receive 25 days of paid annual leave per calendar year, in addition to all statutory and public holidays. After 5, 10 and 15 years of service, an additional day of annual leave is added to your allowance at each of these milestones. You can also enjoy more time off by purchasing up to an additional five days holiday through payroll.
