Job description

Salary: Up to £58,000 depending on experience. Dynamic (hybrid) working: 4 - 5 days per week on-site due to workload classification. Security Clearance: British Citizen or a Dual UK national with British citizenship. Restrictions and/or limitations relating to nationality and/or rights to work may apply. As a minimum and after offer stage, all successful candidates will need to undergo HMG Basic Personnel Security Standard checks (BPSS), which are managed by the MBDA Personnel Security Team.

The opportunity: This role is to lead a dynamic and multi-disciplinary team to develop complex system simulations in world-leading Hardware in the Loop facilities. You will manage a number of project specific teams in supporting missile design development, trials preparations and customer deliveries. This is a great opportunity to build on your understanding of complex systems and the challenges associated with their integration as well as management of a team in a delivery focused environment. Working with experts in Complex functional integration you will have the opportunity to develop products, facilities and capabilities to support current and future MBDA products.
