Job summary

Henkel is seeking a safety-focused professional to support the site’s safety program in the United States. You will partner with departments to drive inspection compliance and ensure all required items are completed.

You’ll participate in incident investigations, assist with risk assessments and JSA, collect and track safety data, review procedures, and help train team members. This role emphasizes continuous improvement through waste reduction, safety observations, and 5S initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Assist in conducting/supporting the safety inspection program. Working with departments to drive inspection compliance and ensuring all required items are being completed.
• Participate in incident investigations & documentation. Gathering information and assisting/learning of RCA.
• Assist with completion of risk assessments/JSA
• Assist with data collection/record-keeping (i.e. collecting ROAM logs, burnout oven logs, manifests) and tracking in tracking tools.
• Review/update procedural documents
• Assist with training
• Continuous improvements project: waste reduction initiatives, safety observation program enhancements, 5S improvements.
