This contract role involves working closely with stakeholders to streamline workflows, enhance collaboration, and ensure secure, scalable digital environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop, configure, and maintain SharePoint sites, subsites, document libraries, lists, and workflows
• Customize SharePoint solutions using Power Platform tools (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI)
• Migrate legacy content to SharePoint Online or Hybrid environments
• Implement user-friendly dashboards and reporting tools for contract deliverables and performance metrics
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Ensure compliance with federal IT security standards and accessibility guidelines
• Provide end-user training and support documentation
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues proactively

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in SharePoint development (Online and/or On-Premise)
