Job summary

Diné Development Corporation (DDC) in the United States is seeking a Tier II SPO/SharePoint SE Support Technician to troubleshoot and administer SharePoint Online and Subscription Edition landscapes. You will work within a highly resourceful team, researching and testing paths before escalation, and supporting Power Platform tools for end users.

The role blends technical problem solving with light administration and customer-facing support, offering a strong growth trajectory in Microsoft 365

Qualifications

Minimum 5-7 years of combined experience in Help Desk support, primarily in SharePoint.
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (relevant experience may be substituted).
Experience in military medical system or DoD environment is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve Tier II issues related to SharePoint architecture, site collections, permissions, and access control.
Perform light administrative tasks such as site URL changes and user configuration recovery.
Provide basic troubleshooting for Power Platform components (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI).
Manage help desk ticket queues (ServiceNow, JIRA, Remedy) with detailed documentation.
