Job summary

Goldbelt Integrated Logistics Services, LLC seeks a SharePoint Support Services Specialist to work with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) in Atlanta, GA. The position is a GbILS contractor role on-site at the CDC Chamblee Campus and reports to GbILS senior leadership.

Responsibilities include building and maintaining DNPAO and DHDSP SharePoint sites, managing permissions, developing SOPs, and delivering annual SharePoint trainings.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of SharePoint and Nintex development, administration, permissions, forms and workflows.
• Ability to create and maintain SOPs, technical documentation, and user guidance.
• Experience providing technical support, end-user training, and help desk processes.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, create, modify, and maintain SharePoint sites for DNPAO and DHDSP using out-of-the-box features and Nintex forms/workflows.
• Manage permissions and access rights; advise project leads on governance.
• Develop standard operating procedures for SharePoint usage with outlines, drafts, and final versions.
• Maintain documentation repository for SharePoint site construction and coding.
• Provide technical guidance, analyze issues, and propose solutions to users.
• Establish a help desk concept and track resolutions for SharePoint questions.
• Deliver annual SharePoint trainings covering navigation, lists, libraries, alerts, calendars, and views.

Education

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
