Qualifications

DoD 8140 Certification applicable to role (Security+ minimum).

Experience integrating, operating, and maintaining enterprise IT solutions.

Responsibilities

Deploy, operate, and maintain on-premise, cloud, and M365 SharePoint services with related tools.
Monitor RBAC and authentication, ensuring role-based access control per mission needs.
Provide Tier 2 incident support and coordinate with engineering for complex issues.
Develop SOPs, documentation, and assist in reporting and data tracking.
Contribute to CSI and evaluate new technologies for stakeholder benefits.
