This includes continuous service improvement through the modernization of IT system infrastructure.CACI is looking for an experienced, innovative, and motivated **SharePoint Specialist** to support the mission objectives and needs of the customer, the Defense Intelligence Agency. Our SharePoint Specialist will serve as a key member of our global, 24/7 operations team. This role bridges general IT infrastructure operations with specialized expertise in backend SharePoint deployments. The successful candidate will ensure the availability, reliability, and security of physical, cloud-based, and M365 platform-as-a-service (PaaS) collaboration ecosystems.The position is contingent upon award of the DIA SITE III CIO Infrastructure Services (CIS) contract.**Responsibilities:*** Deploy, integrate, operate, and maintain on-premise, cloud, and M365 SharePoint services, including integrated tools like Tableau and Power Apps. Provide guidance on the migration and evolution of collaboration and knowledge management platforms* Monitor and manage claims-based and PKI authentication, enforcing strict role-based access controls (RBAC) per mission requirements* Provide continuous Tier 2 support (incident analysis, break/fix, hands-on touch labor) for all infrastructure and devices. Coordinate with engineering for advanced troubleshooting* Work independently or in teams to perform scheduled and ad hoc maintenance. Provide continuous patch management for workstations and servers across all networks and security domains* Use Lab facilities to develop test scripts, conduct Beta/Acceptance testing, and manage the transfer of engineered solutions through Blue/Green fielding* Analyze system performance, capacity, and service-level metrics to optimize infrastructure utilization and preemptively address potential incidents* Work with technical writers to develop SOPs and documentation.
