Job summary

CACI International is seeking a SharePoint Specialist to support the Defense Intelligence Agency in a 24/7 global operations team. You will deploy and maintain on‑premise, cloud, and M365 SharePoint services, ensuring availability, security, and performance across environments.

The role requires TS/SCI clearance with poly, DOD 8140/Security+, and Microsoft Certified Windows Server Hybrid Administrator credentials, plus extensive enterprise storage experience.

Qualifications

  • Must hold a current Top Secret SCI clearance with ability to obtain poly prior to start.
  • DOD 8140 Certification applicable to role (minimum Security+).
  • Microsoft Certified Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate certification.
  • An AA and 10+ years of experience, BS/BA and 8+ years of experience, MS/MA and 6+ years of experience, PhD and 4+ years of experience.
  • Minimum of 4 years of hands‑on experience integrating, operating, and maintaining IT hardware and software solutions (specifically enterprise storage systems).

Responsibilities

  • Deploy, integrate, operate, and maintain on-premise, cloud, and M365 SharePoint services, including Tableau and Power Apps.
  • Monitor and manage claims-based and PKI authentication, enforcing RBAC per mission requirements.
  • Provide continuous Tier 2 support for infrastructure and devices; coordinate with engineering for advanced troubleshooting.
  • Perform scheduled and ad hoc maintenance; ensure patch management across networks and security domains.
  • Use Lab facilities to develop test scripts, run Beta/Acceptance tests, and manage Blue/Green deployments.
  • Analyze system performance and metrics to optimize infrastructure utilization and preempt incidents.
  • Develop SOPs and documentation; assist in reporting and data tracking; coordinate POA&M workflows.
  • Participate in CSI and innovation activities, researching new technologies for stakeholder benefits.

The Opportunity:

This includes continuous service improvement through the modernization of IT system infrastructure.

CACI is looking for an experienced, innovative, and motivated SharePoint Specialist to support the mission objectives and needs of the customer, the Defense Intelligence Agency. Our SharePoint Specialist will serve as a key member of our global, 24/7 operations team. This role bridges general IT infrastructure operations with specialized expertise in backend SharePoint deployments. The successful candidate will ensure the availability, reliability, and security of physical, cloud-based, and M365 platform-as-a-service (PaaS) collaboration ecosystems.

The position is contingent upon award of the DIA SITE III CIO Infrastructure Services (CIS) contract.

Responsibilities:
  • Deploy, integrate, operate, and maintain on-premise, cloud, and M365 SharePoint services, including integrated tools like Tableau and Power Apps. Provide guidance on the migration and evolution of collaboration and knowledge management platforms
  • Monitor and manage claims-based and PKI authentication, enforcing strict role-based access controls (RBAC) per mission requirements
  • Provide continuous Tier 2 support (incident analysis, break/fix, hands-on touch labor) for all infrastructure and devices. Coordinate with engineering for advanced troubleshooting
  • Work independently or in teams to perform scheduled and ad hoc maintenance. Provide continuous patch management for workstations and servers across all networks and security domains
  • Use Lab facilities to develop test scripts, conduct Beta/Acceptance testing, and manage the transfer of engineered solutions through Blue/Green fielding
  • Analyze system performance, capacity, and service-level metrics to optimize infrastructure utilization and preemptively address potential incidents
  • Work with technical writers to develop SOPs and documentation. Aid in the creation of required reporting and data tracking and coordinate POA&M workflows
  • Innovation, Participate in Continual Service Improvement (CSI) and innovation activities, researching new technologies and articulating benefits to stakeholders

The proposed salary range for this position is:
