Job summary

Accelyst is seeking an experienced SharePoint Specialist to design, configure, enhance, and support SharePoint-based solutions that improve business processes, reporting, document management, and organizational knowledge sharing. The ideal candidate will have strong hands‑on experience with SharePoint sites, pages, workflows, document libraries, views, permissions, and reporting solutions.

  • Strong experience designing and configuring SharePoint sites and pages.

  • Experience developing dashboard and reporting solutions.
  • Proven experience with business process redesign and process improvement.
  • Experience developing document management and knowledge management solutions.
  • Ability to design solutions focused on executive users and efficient information retrieval.
  • Experience working directly with business stakeholders to gather requirements and implement solutions.
  • Strong presentation, written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Assess existing SharePoint sites and recommend enhancements to improve usability, organization, accessibility, and overall effectiveness.
  • Design, configure, and maintain SharePoint sites, pages, workflows, document libraries, views, and permissions.
  • Develop and support SharePoint workflows to automate business processes and document review and approval activities.
  • Help design and implement centralized reporting and dashboard solutions for executive users.
  • Collaborate with business officers and stakeholders to review existing processes and identify opportunities for process improvement.
  • Redesign document review, approval, and information management processes to improve efficiency and usability.
  • Develop and maintain archive library views to improve document accessibility and records management.
  • Validate the migration and organization of files from Microsoft Teams into SharePoint.
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve SharePoint permissions and access-related issues.
  • Establish document management and knowledge management solutions that provide executives with a centralized source for critical business information.
  • Design SharePoint solutions with a strong focus on ease of information retrieval and executive usability.
  • Partner with business users to drive adoption of new SharePoint structures, workflows, and processes.
  • Provide user guidance, training, and ongoing support for SharePoint solutions.
  • Develop additional reports, dashboards, and SharePoint enhancements based on business requirements.
  • Track enhancements and maintain documentation related to SharePoint improvements and process changes.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement across SharePoint-based business processes.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Job Summary
