Job summary

Collabera is seeking a SharePoint Specialist to design, configure, and optimize SharePoint environments and workflows. You will build centralized reporting and knowledge management capabilities, working with business officers to redesign document review and approval processes.

The role focuses on enabling executive users with easy information retrieval, user guidance, and training, while addressing permissions, migrations, and site governance to drive adoption.

Qualifications

  • 5–10 years of SharePoint design and configuration experience.
  • Strong hands-on experience with permissions and access management.
  • SharePoint sites/pages, document libraries, and views.
  • Proven experience with business process redesign and process improvement.
  • Experience developing document and knowledge management solutions.
  • Ability to design solutions focused on executive users and ease of information retrieval.
  • Strong presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working directly with business users to drive process adoption.

Responsibilities

  • Assess and enhance existing SharePoint sites to improve usability, organization, and effectiveness.
  • Design and configure SharePoint sites, pages, workflows, libraries, views, and permissions.

  • Partner with business officers to review and redesign existing document review and approval processes.
  • Drive adoption of new SharePoint structures, workflows, and processes.
  • Develop archive library views to improve document accessibility and records management.
  • Validate migration and organization of files from Microsoft Teams into SharePoint.
  • Identify and resolve permissions and access issues across SharePoint sites.
  • Establish document and knowledge management solutions that provide executives with a centralized “one-stop shop” for critical information.
  • Provide user guidance, training, and support as needed.
  • Develop additional reports and SharePoint enhancements based on business requirements.

Job description

We are looking for a SharePoint Specialist with strong experience in SharePoint design, configuration, workflow development, and business process redesign. The consultant will help build a centralized reporting and knowledge management system and work with business officers to adopt the new processes and structure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and enhance existing SharePoint sites to improve usability, organization, and effectiveness.
  • Design and configure SharePoint sites, pages, workflows, libraries, views, and permissions.
  • Help build a centralized reporting/dashboard solution for executive users.

Pay Rate: $65-70
