Job summary

Trigyn Technologies, Inc. is seeking an experienced SharePoint Online Architect to design, develop, and deploy enterprise solutions within Microsoft 365. The role requires crafting scalable SPFx-based solutions, leveraging Power Platform and Graph APIs to meet complex business needs.

You will configure SharePoint services, collaborate with stakeholders on information architecture, and ensure governance, security, and SDLC best practices across deployments in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• 7–9 years of experience designing, developing, implementing, and supporting enterprise SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, deploy, and maintain customized SharePoint Online solutions throughout the full application development lifecycle.
• Architect and build scalable solutions using SPFx, Power Platform, and Power Automate to meet business requirements.
• Configure and administer SharePoint Online services, including Search, Managed Metadata, User Profiles, workflows, and related Microsoft 365 capabilities.
• Develop and maintain SharePoint sites, web parts, workflows, interfaces, and integrations with enterprise applications using APIs and standard integration patterns.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, define information architecture, develop site content frameworks, and deliver user-centric solutions.
• Troubleshoot, enhance, and optimize existing SharePoint environments while independently managing maintenance, upgrades, and support activities.
• Develop technical documentation, deployment artifacts, user guides, and training materials.
• Establish and promote SharePoint governance, architecture standards, security, SDLC, and change management best practices.
• Evaluate business and technology requirements to recommend innovative, scalable, and sustainable Microsoft 365 solutions.

Required Skills and Experience:

Technical Skills:

• Strong hands‑on experience with SharePoint Online, Microsoft 365, SharePoint Framework (SPFx), Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate), and Microsoft Graph APIs.
• Experience developing responsive web solutions using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript, jQuery, Node.js, and NPM.
• Hands‑on experience with Visual Studio, SharePoint Designer, Workflow Manager, InfoPath, Sharegate, Metalogix, and SharePoint reporting tools.
• Experience integrating SharePoint and Power Platform solutions with enterprise systems using REST APIs, web services, and other integration technologies.
• Strong knowledge of object‑oriented programming; experience with .NET/C# is preferred.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience implementing and integrating Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, or other Microsoft AI capabilities within Microsoft 365 and Power Platform solutions.
• Experience integrating third‑party enterprise applications, cloud services, and AI platforms (such as Azure AI Services, OpenAI, or other AI/ML services) with SharePoint and Power Platform solutions.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross‑functional teams and business stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, communication, and documentation skills.
• Experience delivering secure, high-quality enterprise solutions following governance and industry best practices.
