Job summary

CornerStone Technology Talent Services is seeking a SharePoint Developer to serve as the primary technical owner of SharePoint for a local government organization. This role blends SharePoint Online administration with development of Power Platform solutions to automate processes and boost collaboration.

Responsibilities include administering SharePoint sites, managing access and governance, building Power Apps and Power Automate flows, and integrating with Teams and Azure.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field and four years of progressively responsible IT experience.
  • Experience administering and supporting SharePoint Online or SharePoint Server in an enterprise environment.
  • Experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Microsoft 365 administration.
  • Working knowledge of SharePoint permissions, governance, PowerShell, and API integrations.
  • Ability to gather requirements, solve technical issues, and communicate with stakeholders.
  • ITIL Foundation certification, or the ability to obtain it within 12 months of employment.

  • Manage user access, security groups, retention settings, and SharePoint governance.

  • Use PowerShell to automate administration and reporting.
  • Troubleshoot platform issues, support users, and monitor performance.
  • Review apps and flows for security, compliance, and operational readiness.
  • Maintain documentation and train users on SharePoint best practices.
