Job summary

INTECON, LLC is seeking a SharePoint Solutions Architect to lead the design, build, and sustainment of enterprise SharePoint Online 365 solutions and KM automation supporting the National Guard Bureau. This on-site role anchors the Knowledge Management program and requires delivering a scalable, modular platform adaptable across all states and territories from the Arlington, VA site.

The candidate will architect and deliver KM tools using Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Apps, with

Qualifications

6+ years designing, building and sustaining enterprise SharePoint solutions including SharePoint Online infrastructure.
Microsoft Certified Power Platform Solution Architect certification.
Ability to translate KM requirements into scalable SharePoint/workflow solutions for dispersed organizations.
Foundational KM principles: taxonomy, lifecycle management, information governance.

Responsibilities

Lead design, build, and sustainment of enterprise SharePoint Online solutions and KM automation tools.
Architect and develop KM automation tool integrating KPIs, projects, planning phases, metrics, and heat maps using Power Platform.
Develop and customize Microsoft 365/SharePoint solutions including sites, lists, libraries, and workflows.
Perform SharePoint administration across NIPR/SIPR environments; manage permissions and governance.
Design and update governance policies and naming standards; ensure documentation and version control.
