Job summary

INTECON is seeking an Enterprise SharePoint Services Representative to support the National Guard Bureau Knowledge Management program. The role designs, builds, and sustains SharePoint Online solutions and automates workflows across NIPR and SIPR environments, on-site in Arlington, VA.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of SharePoint 365 experience, Power Platform expertise (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI), and a Bachelor’s degree, plus an Active Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience designing, building, and sustaining enterprise-level SharePoint 365 solutions and governance.
• Translate KM requirements—taxonomy, metadata, governance—into SharePoint and workflow solutions.
• Experience deploying across NIPR/SIPR environments and securing configurations.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and sustain enterprise-level SharePoint Online 365 solutions in support of NGB KM objectives.
• Perform day-to-day KM-scoped SharePoint 365 administration in NIPR/SIPR environments, including permissions, site configuration, content structure, and lists/libraries.
• Develop and customize Microsoft 365/SharePoint solutions, including Power Apps and Power Automate workflows.
• Develop KM automation tool using Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Apps, delivering a prototype within six months.
• Design, maintain KM dashboards providing near-real-time COP for leadership.
• Develop and update Joint Staff 365 governance policies and configuration standards.
• Deliver recurring KM tools training (monthly) covering SharePoint admin fundamentals, taxonomy, Teams, Power Apps/Power Automate.
• Develop scalable, reusable solutions for enterprise-wide adoption across 54 states and territories.
• Monitor KM automations and workflows; report on usage and performance; optimize as needed.
