Job description

Job Title: SharePoint Developer

Candidate must have an active Secret clearance and verify, before applying, that you meet the minimum requirements of the position.

We are hiring a SharePoint Developer to support FCC Army and Joint Concept Division Support Services. In this role, you will integrate future Army organizations and capabilities into Joint Concepts to assist the Joint Concepts Branch (JCB) in preparing for J7 and other Joint Staff wargames and experiments.

Position Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  2. Skilled in the capabilities of SharePoint / Power Platform.
  3. Knowledge of Army operations at the strategic, operational, and tactical levels to properly assess the applicability of proposed future concepts and to develop such concepts on topics of emerging Army priorities.
  4. Exceptional oral presentation skills and the ability to work well in group settings to collaboratively drive solutions to complex and time-sensitive problems.
  5. Skill in organizing and facilitating concept development working groups.
  6. Working knowledge of the capability-based assessment process and the military decision-making process (MDMP).
  7. Knowledge of how to plan, organize, and conduct conferences, meetings, workshops, and reviews in support of ongoing projects.
  8. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Adobe, Access, and advanced desktop publishing software to write and edit reports.
  9. Clear understanding and knowledge of Army Concepts.
  10. Willingness to travel 20-25%.
