Job summary

Ethic Tech, LLC seeks a SharePoint and Power Platform Developer to work directly with users, turning manual processes into digital workflows. You will administer SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, metadata, and permissions; personally build Power Apps and Power Automate solutions; and integrate with approved data sources.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of directly relevant experience in SharePoint/Power Platform.
• 12+ months in past 24 months hands-on Microsoft 365/SharePoint/Power Platform configuration or development.
• 2+ years administering SharePoint environments for active users in past five years.
• 2+ years developing Power Apps; at least two apps in active use in past 24 months.
• 2+ years developing Power Automate workflows; at least two workflows in active use in past 24 months.
• Experience integrating Microsoft 365/Power Platform with structured data or enterprise services.
• Experience documenting and transferring solutions to another developer/team.

Responsibilities

• Administer and improve SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, metadata, and permissions.
• Build and deploy Power Apps applications and Power Automate workflows.
• Integrate those solutions with approved data sources and services.
• Test and troubleshoot applications, refine them based on user feedback.
• Document configurations and business rules; transfer solutions to teams for ongoing support.
• Hands-on development and administration, not primarily advisory.
