Job summary

Pharos Admin Services is seeking a SharePoint and Power Platform Specialist to design, develop, and maintain modern workplace solutions. Leverage SharePoint Online, PowerApps, and Azure services to automate workflows and integrate Microsoft 365 with cloud environments.

You will bridge business requirements with robust cloud architecture, focusing on scalable site structures, data integration, and enterprise security.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in SharePoint Online, PowerApps, and Power Automate administration and development.
• Azure knowledge: integrating cloud compute/data services with Microsoft 365 and Power Platform.
• Working knowledge of front-end web technologies and scripting (JavaScript, JSON, TypeScript, HTML, C#, or PowerShell).
• Analytical ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable SharePoint Online sites, libraries, lists, and metadata.
• Develop PowerApps and automate complex Power Automate workflows to support business processes.
• Design Azure integrations and manage Entra ID for secure authentication and hybrid environments.
