Job summary

Montage Marketing Group seeks a detail-oriented SharePoint Online Power User to maintain and develop recently migrated SharePoint pages for a federal government contract. You will refine end-user navigation and ensure high-quality page enhancements where automated tools fall short.

The role requires strong knowledge of SharePoint structure, web parts, permissions, and the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate). Remote work is offered to select states with specific schedule options.

Qualifications

• Ability to obtain PIV Public Trust clearance.
• Experience with SharePoint Online, site structure, publishing features, and web parts.
• Proven ability to manually recreate SharePoint pages in the modern SharePoint Online framework.
• Experience with Sharegate or similar migration tools (training can be provided).
• Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform tools, including Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Working knowledge of SharePoint Online administration, such as permissions structures, site settings, and content types.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage page inventories and migration logs.
• Ability to work independently and communicate progress and blockers effectively to project leadership.
• Ability to learn new tools quickly and follow structured processes.

Responsibilities

• Design, organize, set up, and maintain site structure.
• Manage and enhance user navigation, including control menus and links.
• Apply agency branding, themes, colors, and logos to achieve visual page style.
• Build, adjust, and configure page layouts and components.
• Manage and apply permissions for access and editing content.
• Organize content and metadata for search optimization.
• Manage document lifecycle and retention of content.
• Add and configure web parts and functional modes on pages.
• Provide user support and guidance to maximize navigation and experience.
• Track site analytics and ensure ease of end user navigation.
