Qualifications

• Five years of experience administering SharePoint Online, Microsoft 365 collaboration technologies, or enterprise content management platforms.
• Experience implementing governance, site architecture, permissions, records management, and lifecycle controls.
• Experience with Power Platform technologies including Power Automate, Power Apps, Forms, and Lists.
• Developing workflow automation solutions and business process improvements.
• Experience enabling user adoption and training for Microsoft 365 services.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Teams-integrated sites and Microsoft 365 services.
• Monitor platform health, storage, permissions, security, and performance for availability and compliance.
• Lead automation initiatives using Power Automate, Power Apps, Forms, and Lists to eliminate manual processes.
• Develop platform documentation, governance standards, training, and adoption resources.
• Provide technical guidance to users, site owners, admins, and project teams.
• Explore AI-powered capabilities like Copilot, intelligent search, and knowledge management to maximize value.
