Job summary

Empower AI in Quantico, VA (hybrid with remote eligibility) seeks a SharePoint / Web Developer to design, develop, and maintain solutions on the Microsoft 365 / Power Platform, serving a DoD agency with 13,000+ users.

You will ensure 508/WCAG compliance, participate in Agile sprints, and deliver secure, scalable web content and workflows using SPFx, Power Apps, Power Automate, and JS/HTML/CSS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and minimum 4 years of related experience

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain custom solutions on the Microsoft 365 / Power Platform toolset
• Provide front-end and back-end maintenance for Government public-facing web content using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Adobe Creative Suite
• Ensure 508 accessibility, WCAG 2.x, and VPATs for developed applications
• Support portal components and knowledge presentation features with UX/ITSM teams
• Participate in Agile backlog refinement, estimation, development, UAT, and stakeholder acceptance
• Apply secure coding standards and DoD security guidelines (NIST SP 800-218 SSDF)
• Provide Tier II/III support and contribute knowledge articles
• Maintain technical documentation and data governance settings
