About the Role

We are seeking an experienced SharePoint Lead/Architect to lead the design, architecture, implementation, and modernization of enterprise SharePoint platforms for a leading banking organization. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in SharePoint Online, Microsoft 365, Power Platform, and enterprise collaboration solutions, along with experience delivering secure, scalable solutions within highly regulated financial environments.

This is a client-facing leadership role requiring strong technical expertise, architecture experience, stakeholder management, and the ability to mentor development teams.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in SharePoint development and architecture.
• Strong expertise in SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365.
• Experience with SharePoint Framework (SPFx).
• Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
• Experience with Microsoft Graph API and REST APIs.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Teams integration.
• Experience with Azure AD, Azure services, and identity/security integration.
• Expertise in SharePoint migration tools such as ShareGate or Metalogix.
• Experience designing enterprise document management and workflow solutions.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Purview, compliance, governance, and records management.
• Experience with CI/CD using Azure DevOps or GitHub.
• Strong troubleshooting and performance optimization skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Banking or Financial Services.
• Knowledge of enterprise security, risk, and regulatory compliance.
• Microsoft SharePoint or Microsoft 365 certifications.
• Azure certifications are a plus.
• Experience with AI capabilities in Microsoft 365, including Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, and AI-powered automation, is highly desirable.
