Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in internal communications, intranet development or similar roles.
• Hands-on experience designing and managing SharePoint sites.
• Strong graphic design skills with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools.
• Excellent writing, editing, and content development abilities.
• Experience supporting cross-department initiatives and working with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong project management, organization, and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and manage JRM’s SharePoint intranet.
• Lead the intranet launch and support departments with content organization.
• Create graphics, templates, email blasts, and digital content for internal communications.
• Draft clear, branded messaging for announcements and newsletters.
• Collaborate with Corporate Communications, Marketing, and other teams.
