Job summary

ORNL Federal Credit Union in Oak Ridge, TN, seeks a SharePoint Intranet Developer to design, build, and enhance the intranet using SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 technologies. You will focus on secure, user-friendly sites, content governance, and integration with Teams and Power Platform.

Collaborating with IT, Communications/HR, Compliance, and business units, you will gather requirements, implement site structures, automate workflows, and ensure accessibility and regulatory alignment.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of experience designing and developing SharePoint Online intranet solutions.
• Experience with modern SharePoint sites, hubs, pages, web parts, lists and libraries.
• Power Automate and Power Apps for process automation.
• Familiarity with JSON formatting, SPFx, HTML/CSS for customization.
• Understanding information architecture and UX for intranets.
• Exposure to Microsoft Teams and Microsoft 365 integration.
• Experience in regulated financial services environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain SharePoint Online intranet architecture, pages, and components.
• Collaborate with Communications/HR to support internal communications and resources.
• Develop low-code/no-code solutions and workflows to streamline processes.
• Configure permissions, governance, and security aligned with policies.
• Provide Tier 2/3 support and monitor usability and performance.
• Create documentation and deliver training to staff and content owners.
• Stay current with SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 roadmap items.
