Job summary

Oak Ridge National Laboratory seeks a Senior SharePoint Developer and Administrator to lead the design, development, administration, and maintenance of an on-premises SharePoint Server in a classified, air-gapped environment. You will develop custom solutions, manage governance, and ensure secure, scalable operations aligned with mission needs.

The role requires TS/SCI eligibility or DOE Q clearance, hands-on experience with SharePoint, scripting, and automation, and a proven ability to operate

Qualifications

• BS degree in a related technical field or equivalent experience.
• Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility, or an active DOE Q clearance.
• Experience developing SharePoint-based solutions, workflows, and site features.
• Experience managing permissions, content, site structure, troubleshooting, and user support within SharePoint.
• Experience applying automation, scripting, or workflow tools to improve efficiency and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, administration, and sustainment of an on-premises SharePoint Server in a classified air-gapped setting.
• Develop, test, deploy, and maintain custom SharePoint solutions and interfaces.
• Administer SharePoint farms, sites, lists, libraries, and metadata.
• Manage permissions, security, and least-privilege access in classified data.
• Design and implement workflow and automation solutions.
• Troubleshoot platform and content management issues across SharePoint.
