Job summary

The role requires 3+ years of SharePoint support, guest access experience, and a Secret clearance, with a Bachelor’s degree in CS or MIS.

Qualifications

• 3+ years supporting SharePoint Online users with common tasks such as site access, page updates, permissions adjustments, and navigation issues.
• Experience managing SharePoint permissions, including adding users or groups such as intranet-all-active-employees to Visitor or Member roles.
• Experience with SharePoint guest access workflows, including requesting, approving, and provisioning external accounts.
• Experience guiding end users on web parts, page editing, and modern SharePoint site functionality.
• Ability to triage and respond to helpdesk tickets for SharePoint support, including feature requests or troubleshooting problems.
• Secret clearance
• B achelor’s degree in Computer Science or Management Information Systems

Responsibilities
