Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a Helpdesk SharePoint Specialist to deliver first-line support for SharePoint Online and intranet platforms across the Microsoft 365 environment.

You will assist users with access, page updates, permissions, and navigation, triage tickets, guide site owners, and support external guest access while ensuring compliance with corporate standards. A Secret clearance and a CS/MIS degree are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience supporting SharePoint Online users
• Experience managing SharePoint permissions (adding users/groups to Visitor/Member roles)
• Experience with SharePoint guest access workflows (requesting, approving, provisioning external accounts)
• Experience guiding end users on web parts, page editing, and modern SharePoint site functionality
• Ability to triage and respond to helpdesk tickets for SharePoint support
• Secret clearance
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Management Information Systems
