Upslope Advisors Inc. is seeking an experienced SharePoint Developer to join our team supporting a key NGA customer onsite.

You will design, develop, and implement SharePoint-based applications and workflows to streamline business processes while ensuring accessibility and security compliance. The ideal candidate brings 11+ years of web development with strong SharePoint expertise and proficiency in Power Platform tools.

Qualifications

• The ideal candidate will have 11+ years of comprehensive web development experience with a strong background in SharePoint design, development, and maintenance.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent professional experience is required.
• Active TS/SCI clearance is required due to the sensitive work environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Power Platform tools (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI) is essential for building workflows and tools within SharePoint.
• Experience with SharePoint templates, scripts, and site designs, plus a solid understanding of accessibility, security, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Administer, design, develop, and implement SharePoint and SharePoint Online solutions tailored to client needs.
• Create and maintain complex workflows to automate business processes and improve efficiency.

About The Role

Upslope Advisors Inc. is seeking an experienced SharePoint Developer to join our team supporting a key customer onsite at NGA. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing SharePoint-based applications and solutions that streamline business processes, enhance user experience, and meet strict accessibility and security standards. This role requires a highly skilled professional with extensive experience in SharePoint development, including both SharePoint Online and on‑premises environments. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with clients, stakeholders, and project managers to translate business needs into effective technical solutions. Additionally, the SharePoint Developer will be instrumental in creating automated workflows, developing front‑end solutions, and optimizing existing SharePoint systems to improve efficiency and security.

Qualifications

• The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 11 years of comprehensive web development experience, with a strong background in SharePoint design, development, and maintenance.
• A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline is required, or equivalent professional experience.
• Candidates must hold an active TS/SCI clearance, reflecting the sensitive nature of the work environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Power Platform tools, including Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI, is essential for building workflows and custom tools within SharePoint.
• Experience in creating and maintaining SharePoint templates, scripts, and site designs, along with a solid understanding of accessibility, security, and compliance standards, particularly within the Intelligence Community, is critical.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills are also necessary to succeed in this role.

• Build user‑centric sites and automated business processes that enhance usability and operational effectiveness.
• Maintain and update SharePoint templates, scripts, and site designs to support evolving organizational needs.
• Ensure all SharePoint solutions adhere to security protocols, compliance regulations, and accessibility standards.
• Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and ongoing maintenance for SharePoint environments.
• Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to SharePoint and enterprise collaboration tools.
