Upslope Advisors Inc. is seeking an experienced SharePoint Developer to join our team supporting a key NGA customer onsite.

You will design, develop, and implement SharePoint-based applications and workflows to streamline business processes while ensuring accessibility and security compliance. The ideal candidate brings 11+ years of web development with strong SharePoint expertise and proficiency in Power Platform tools.

Qualifications

• The ideal candidate will have 11+ years of comprehensive web development experience with a strong background in SharePoint design, development, and maintenance.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent professional experience is required.
• Active TS/SCI clearance is required due to the sensitive work environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Power Platform tools (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI) is essential for building workflows and tools within SharePoint.
• Experience with SharePoint templates, scripts, and site designs, plus a solid understanding of accessibility, security, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Administer, design, develop, and implement SharePoint and SharePoint Online solutions tailored to client needs.
• Create and maintain complex workflows to automate business processes and improve efficiency.
• Develop front-end solutions compatible across browsers and devices, compliant with accessibility standards.
• Analyze existing SharePoint systems to identify optimization, performance, and security improvements.
• Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and project teams to gather requirements and deliver aligned solutions.
• Maintain and update SharePoint templates, scripts, and site designs for evolving needs.
• Ensure all SharePoint solutions adhere to security, compliance, and accessibility standards.
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for SharePoint environments.
