Job summary

Upslope Inc in the United States is seeking an experienced SharePoint Developer to support our NGA customer onsite. You will design, develop, and implement SharePoint-based applications to streamline processes, improve support, and meet accessibility and security requirements.

The role requires hands-on leadership in developing SPO solutions, building workflows with Power Platform, and ensuring 508 compliance across browsers and devices.

Qualifications

• 11+ years of web development experience including front-end and back-end SharePoint design, development, and maintenance.
• Experience with Power Platform to build workflows and tools in SharePoint.
• Ability to create and maintain SharePoint templates, scripts, and site designs.
• Strong understanding of accessibility, security, and compliance requirements in the Intelligence Community.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; active TS/SCI clearance is required.

Responsibilities

• Administer, design, develop, and implement SharePoint and SharePoint Online (SPO) solutions
• Create and maintain complex workflows for process improvement and automation
• Develop front-end solutions that function across browsers, platforms, and devices, meeting Section 508 accessibility and security standards
• Analyze, evaluate, and assess SharePoint systems; recommend optimizations and process improvements
• Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and project management to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Build automated business processes and sites with user-centric design
