Job summary

Cornerstonetechtalent seeks an experienced SharePoint Developer to design, implement, and support enterprise SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 solutions. You will work across SPFx, Power Apps, Power Automate, Azure, and APIs to automate processes and improve collaboration.

The role combines development and administration, serving as the primary technical owner for the organization’s SharePoint environment, while aligning with business stakeholders on scalable, secure deployments.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience.
4+ years of enterprise IT experience.
Experience administering SharePoint Online and/or SharePoint Server.
Hands-on with SharePoint Framework (SPFx).
Experience with Power Apps and Power Automate.
Strong knowledge of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
Experience with Microsoft Graph API and Microsoft 365 APIs.
Hands-on with PowerShell for administration, reporting, and automation.
ITIL Foundation certification within 12 months of employment.

Responsibilities

Administer, configure, develop, and support SharePoint Online environments.
Manage site collections, hubs, permissions, lists, libraries, content types, metadata, and information architecture.
Establish and maintain governance standards including provisioning, naming conventions, storage, and lifecycle policies.
Manage user access, security groups, retention policies, and compliance settings.
Develop custom SharePoint solutions using SPFx.
Build and support Power Apps, including Canvas and Model-driven apps.
Develop automated workflows using Power Automate and Dataverse-based solutions.
Integrate SharePoint with Teams, OneDrive, Entra ID, and other Microsoft 365 services.
Develop integrations using Microsoft Graph API, Microsoft 365 APIs, custom connectors, and third-party APIs.
Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for administration, automation, and reporting.
Support Azure-based components used for deployment and integrations.
Monitor platform health, usage, and performance; troubleshoot complex issues.
Review applications/workflows for security, compliance, and readiness.
Maintain technical documentation and knowledge-base content.
Train users on SharePoint functionality and best practices.
