Job summary

THOR Solutions, LLC seeks a SharePoint/Data Management Specialist to support the US Coast Guard Offshore Patrol Cutter Resident Inspection Office in Mobile, AL. The role emphasizes SharePoint development, data management and metrics creation, with travel up to 10% and a Secret clearance requirement.

Primary duties include building workflows, maintaining document repositories, and delivering dashboards and reports to support contract management and program decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required and four+ years of recent, relevant experience in SharePoint development and administration.
• Experience with Performance Metrics, Analysis, and Trending.
• Proficient with Microsoft PowerBI, the Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Outlook).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Support SharePoint development of local OPC SharePoint tools, dashboards, workflows, data maintenance and organization.
• Develop SharePoint workflows to support contract management, team activities and dashboards for user status.
• Research and data mine in SharePoint to retrieve data/status and develop metrics.
• Manage an electronic database by organizing current and historical program documents in SharePoint.
• Create standardized reports and presentation graphs on workflow status and usage metrics.
