Job summary

EliteSprint IT LLC in NYC area is seeking a SharePoint Customer Engineer to support enterprise and government customers. You will work directly with clients to optimize and modernize their SharePoint environments, balancing on-prem deployments with migrations to SharePoint Online.

Qualifications

• 4+ years supporting or administering SharePoint 2013/2016/2019
• Strong experience with SharePoint Online / Microsoft 365
• Active Directory, IIS, and SQL Server administration
• SharePoint performance, administration, customization, and troubleshooting
• Networking fundamentals including DNS, TCP/IP, and subnetting
• Excellent customer-facing communication skills

Responsibilities

• Provide proactive services including health assessments, technical workshops, training, and best practice guidance
• Troubleshoot complex SharePoint, IIS, Active Directory, SQL Server, and infrastructure-related issues
• Support SharePoint upgrades (2013, 2016, 2019)
• Assist customers with migrations from on-premises SharePoint to SharePoint Online (M365)
• Build strong long-term relationships with assigned customers and become deeply familiar with their environments
• Collaborate with Microsoft support, consulting teams, and product groups to deliver exceptional customer outcomes

SharePoint Customer Engineer

Location: NYC Area (Hybrid with 1-3 days potential onsite)

Must be w2 and USC only

SharePoint Customer Engineer who will serve as a key technical resource supporting enterprise and government customers.
In this role, you'll work directly with customers to support, optimize, and modernize their SharePoint environments. You'll function as a trusted advisor, helping organizations maintain healthy on-premises deployments while planning for future upgrades and migrations to SharePoint Online.

Responsibilities
