Job Description

This position is part of our Cyber and Intelligence division, which plays a critical role in supporting Enterprise‑Level Security and Modernization efforts across IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, physical facilities, and personnel operations. The selected candidate will contribute to a high‑impact government program focused on enhancing and securing mission‑critical systems and environments. The role supports our new contract in Springfield, VA and offers an opportunity to grow your career.

Essential Job Responsibilities

• Design, implement, operate, and update the SharePoint application and the SharePoint farm.
• Install, configure and maintain SharePoint systems.
• Support system operations and services.
• Create and manage sites.
• Identify, analyze, and resolve system problems.
• Train and support business users.
• Research and resolve access issues.
• Plan, direct, and execute system upgrades and design changes.

Minimum Qualifications

5 years relevant experience with a Bachelor’s in a related field; 3 years related experience with a Master’s in related field; 0 years experience with a PhD or Juris Doctorate in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 9 years relevant experience.

• 5+ years of hands‑on SharePoint farm administration experience with SharePoint Server (2016, 2019, or Subscription Edition) and SharePoint Online hybrid environments.
• Experience designing and managing multi‑tier SharePoint farms, including Web Front Ends, Application Servers, Database Servers, and Service Applications.
• Strong understanding of DoD security standards, access controls, and compliance requirements for enterprise SharePoint deployments.
• Active TS/SCI clearance. Must be able to obtain a CI Poly.

Preferred Requirements

• Formal SharePoint training or certifications such as Microsoft 365 Certified: Teamwork Administrator Associate, SharePoint Administrator Associate, or Microsoft Certified: Solutions Expert (MCSE) in Collaboration/SharePoint.
• Formal training in Windows Server, Active Directory, SQL Server, or network administration.
• Previous experience with monitoring, optimizing, and troubleshooting SharePoint farm performance, search indexing, and service applications.
• Experience with SharePoint disaster recovery planning, patching strategies, and upgrade management.
