Concentra, Inc. is seeking a SharePoint Administrator to manage and support SharePoint environments, including on-premises and SharePoint Online. The role focuses on performance, security, user experience, and developing solutions to meet business needs.

The candidate will administer access, manage site collections, perform maintenance, and collaborate with stakeholders to implement workflows and integrations within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3+ years managing SharePoint environments.
• Strong knowledge of SharePoint Online and/or SharePoint 2016/2019.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain SharePoint environments (On-Premise and/or SharePoint Online via Microsoft 365).
• Manage access, site collections, libraries, and content databases.
• Perform updates, patches, and backups; monitor health and storage.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to design SharePoint solutions (workflows, forms, custom views).
• Ensure security best practices, conduct regular audits, and implement access controls.
• Support integration with Teams, Power Automate, OneDrive, and other platforms.
