Job summary

Concentra, Inc. is seeking a SharePoint Administrator in Addison, TX to manage on-premises and online SharePoint environments. You will optimize performance, ensure security, and support business needs with workflows, forms, and custom views.

The role requires 3+ years of SharePoint experience, PowerShell scripting, and strong knowledge of Microsoft 365. Collaboration with stakeholders and end-user training are integral to success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• At least 3+ years managing SharePoint environments.
• Strong knowledge of SharePoint Online and SharePoint 2016/2019.
• Experience migrating from On-Premise to SharePoint Online.
• Experience with PowerShell scripting and admin tools.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive).
• Microsoft certifications (e.g., MS-700, MS-900) are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain SharePoint environments (On-Premise and/or SharePoint Online via Microsoft 365).
• Grant, revoke, and manage access to SharePoint sites and content.
• Manage site collections, libraries, lists, permissions, and content databases.
• Perform routine maintenance: updates, patches, backups.
• Monitor SharePoint health, performance and storage usage with set limits.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to design SharePoint solutions (workflows, forms, views).
• Ensure security best practices, access controls, and regular audits.
• Support integration with Teams, Power Automate, OneDrive and other platforms.
• Document processes, configurations, and procedures; provide end-user training.
• Work with developers for web parts, scripts, branding.
