Job summary

US Cold Storage is seeking a SharePoint Administrator to support all business areas, maximize communications and streamline processes using SharePoint. You will build and administer SharePoint sites, workflows, and related tools while ensuring security and usability across departments.

The role requires hands-on expertise with SharePoint online, Power Automate, and scripting in PowerShell, along with strong documentation and incident response skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in SharePoint administration, installation, migration, implementation, topology, and server configuration.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline as listed in Education.

Responsibilities

• Train, troubleshoot and provide user support for all users of SharePoint.
• Add/Delete/Modify user rights within SharePoint.
• Add/Delete/Modify SharePoint sites and related applications.
• Regular review, cleanup, management and configuration of SharePoint content and sites.
• Maintain operational documentation detailing technical environment, configuration and support processes.
• Monitor SharePoint trends (site usage, disk space usage).
• Enhance SharePoint using out-of-the-box features and third-party technologies.
• Support and maintain software integration between SharePoint and other in-house applications.
