Job summary

The Lisinski Law Firm is seeking a SharePoint Administrator to deliver Tier 1 support while partnering with SharePoint Engineers on enterprise initiatives. You will design permission strategies, develop Power Automate workflows, and help maintain modern SharePoint architecture within the Microsoft 365 environment.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in SharePoint administration or Power Platform, familiarity with migrations, basic PowerShell, and strong communication skills to explain technical

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of dedicated SharePoint Administrator or Power Platform Specialist experience.
• Experience with SharePoint migration projects and understanding of M365 file-sharing protocols.
• Basic familiarity with PowerShell for bulk administrative tasks.
• Strong technical communication skills to translate complex concepts for non-technical users.
• Understanding of PII protection standards.

Responsibilities

• Execute complex SharePoint permissions strategies with least-privilege models.
• Build and maintain high-utility Power Automate workflows.
• Implement and maintain modern SharePoint architecture and Hub Site provisioning.
• Advise on Teams Sites vs. communication sites for ownership decisions.
• Support PII protection, data retention policies in Microsoft 365.
• Lead discovery sessions to translate pain points into scalable SharePoint solutions.
• Perform routine maintenance in the SharePoint Admin Center and Microsoft 365 Admin Center.
