Job summary

Hall Render Killian Heath & Lyman, P.C. is seeking a Software Engineer to design, develop, and maintain SharePoint and web-based solutions that support internal processes.

You will build SharePoint Online solutions using SPFx, Power Automate, and Power Apps, and create workflows and dashboards to improve efficiency. The role involves collaboration with attorneys and staff, translating business needs into technical specifications, and ensuring secure, scalable software aligned with firm policies.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in SharePoint development (SharePoint Online preferred).
• Proficiency in SPFx, Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI), JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML and CSS.
• Experience with REST APIs and MS SQL; familiarity with Git-based version control.
• Experience working in professional services environments and collaborating with attorneys and stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain websites and custom software solutions
• Build and maintain SharePoint Online solutions using SPFx, Power Platform, and related tools
• Develop workflows, forms, and dashboards to improve business processes
• Coordinate continuous improvement initiatives and development projects
• Collaborate with attorneys, staff, and stakeholders to gather requirements
• Translate business needs into technical specifications and scalable solutions
• Integrate SharePoint with Microsoft 365 services
• Participate in Git-based version control and deployment processes
• Provide technical support and maintain documentation
• Ensure solutions are secure, scalable, and compliant
