Job summary

Significance, Inc. is a woman-owned consulting firm delivering mission-focused SharePoint and Power Platform solutions to federal civilian and DoD clients in the United States.

We seek experienced professionals to design, build, and deploy automated SharePoint and Power Platform solutions, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI dashboards, while maintaining strong governance and documentation. Qualifications

  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience with SharePoint administration and development.
  • Experience creating, maintaining, configuring, and provisioning numerous SharePoint sites, lists, and libraries.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience with Power Apps development.
  • Must have created and supported at least 20 forms of varying complexity.
  • Experience developing custom SharePoint list forms and canvas apps.
  • Active Secret clearance.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a strong focus on quality.
  • Ability to gather, analyze, and document technical and functional requirements.
  • Ability to provide end-user training and develop training documentation.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with clients and diverse user groups.
  • If selected for an interview, candidates must be prepared to provide a workflow diagram illustrating a solution they have developed.

Responsibilities

  • Create and enhance SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, forms, workflows, and other solutions based on client requirements.
  • Gather, analyze, and document detailed business and technical requirements.
  • Design, develop, test, and implement robust automated solutions using SharePoint and Power Platform tools.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve SharePoint and Power Platform issues and provide ongoing technical support.
  • Support SharePoint site and content migrations.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for technical solutions, processes, and user guidance.
  • Develop reports and dashboards to support client reporting needs.
  • Follow established governance solutions, technical models, and development standards.
  • Thoroughly test solutions to ensure quality, functionality, and accuracy prior to implementation.
  • Provide training to diverse user groups and develop supporting training documentation.
  • Communicate directly with clients to understand requirements, resolve issues, and deliver customer-focused solutions.

At Significance, your base pay is one part of your total compensation package and is determined within a range. Our pay ranges are based on the local cost of labor benchmarks for each specific role, level, and geographic location.

We carefully consider a wide range of factors when determining compensation, including but not limited to experience; job-related skill sets; relevant education or training; and other business and organizational needs. The salary range listed is for the level at which this job has been scoped. In the event that you are considered for a different level, a higher or lower pay range would apply.
